I have the honour to acknowledge

the receipt of your despatch No. 345 of

the 29th October, transmitting copies of

the Estimates for 1916, and to inform you

that His Majesty will not be advised to

exercise his power of disallowance in res-

pect of Ordinance No.25 of 1915, entitled

"An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding

Nine Million eightyone thousand two

hundred and nine dollars to the Public

Service of the year 1916".
